Soundwaves Northwest has been in business since 1989.
I personally have been DJing since 1985 and I have done more than 500 weddings along with other events.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Soundwaves Northwest only offers 1 wedding package which makes it less confusing because you have enough choices to make already. The price includes the DJ, Sound System, Music Library, and Wireless Microphones. The Disc Jockey will be well trained, experienced, and will be capable of making announcements and helping to orchestrate and facilitate your event. In many cases the DJ can act as a Master Of Ceremonies. We recommend that you ask when comparing our rates with our competition; it is becoming a standard practice to charge extra if you want the DJ to make announcements. We do not charge additionally for this service.
We always bring 2 wireless microphones for the event.

PACKAGE PRICES
Our Standard Package, is $650 for the first four hours of playing time. (Keep in mind that Holidays may effect the price) Each additional hour is only $100, and you may decide at your event if you want the overtime. You pay for just what you need and no more. I will arrive, to set up, about 2 hours before I am scheduled to play. I don’t charge you for this. I usually allow 90 minutes to set up. If you need me to set up earlier than that, just let me know in advance.

MUSIC LIBRARIES
The Soundwaves Northwest Music Library is a very extensive collection in a variety of categories and genres including Hawaiian, Latin, Reggae, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s 70’s, 80’s, 90's and hits of today. Currently, I carry over 45,000 songs to all events in mp3 format.

TRAVEL
There is no travel charge for events in the Seattle area. Our definition of the Seattle area for this purpose is: Snohomish and King Counties to the Seattle City limits going south. For your convenience in budgeting, there is a travel charge for a few outlying areas; the actual price may vary a bit so please call to get a firm quote. For Auburn, Federal Way, and North Bend, please add $50. For Pierce and Skagit Counties please add $100. For other areas including Whidbey Island, The San Juan Islands, or the Olympic or Kitsap Peninsulas please call for a current quote as ferry tolls and wait times can change seasonally. Additionally, areas near the passes or in Eastern Washington may be subject to seasonal charges.

LIGHTING
Soundwaves Northwest offers lighting which may help the atmosphere of your event. Our small lighting package is usually adequate for most events and costs nothing additional. This option includes several effects including a mirror ball or equivalent. Please ask if you have questions about
